Dr. Groom is a family medicine and obstetric physician at Lakes Regional Healthcare, a partner facility of Avera in Spirit Lake, Iowa, according to a Nov. 20 news release from the provider. She also serves as the lead clinic physician at Lakes Regional Family Medicine, also in Spirit Lake, and is a board member of the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Groom will begin her new role at Avera in February 2025.
