New York City-based Elliston Health has launched a membership-based primary care practice for adults.

The physician-owned practice launched Elliston Concierge Medicine and hired Jonathan Silberlicht, MD, to lead adult primary care, according to a Sept. 24 news release from the organization.

Elliston Health was founded in 2019 as Elliston Pediatrics by pediatrician Andrew Elliston, MD, and Heidi Meeker, BSN, RN. The practice said it expanded into adult primary care partly in response to requests from parents of pediatric patients.

The practice provides preventive care, chronic disease management, specialist coordination and nutrition and lifestyle guidance. Elliston Pediatrics will continue providing concierge pediatric care, the release said.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
