Cleveland Clinic has opened its sixth Florida concierge medicine practice in Naples, expanding access to personalized primary care in the region. The new practice launched Aug. 10.
According to an Aug. 10 news release, Clayton Rabens, MD, a board-certified family physician and aerospace medicine specialist, leads the Naples practice. Dr. Rabens joins Cleveland Clinic’s growing Concierge Medicine program, which now spans six locations across Florida.
Stephen Avallone, MD, center director for Concierge Medicine at Cleveland Clinic, said the Naples expansion reflects the program’s focus on individualized, preventive care.
“Bringing Concierge Medicine to Naples means more than opening another office — it’s about fostering true partnerships with our patients,” Dr. Avallone said. “We believe in practicing medicine that is personal and preventive, where each patient feels heard and valued.”
The Naples practice offers same-day and next-day appointments, virtual visits, extended time with physicians and around-the-clock access for urgent concerns. Patients also gain care coordination across Cleveland Clinic’s broader health system.
Cleveland Clinic’s Florida presence includes about 12,000 caregivers, a 1,100-bed health system and 40 outpatient centers across five counties. The system logged 2.7 million patient encounters in Florida in 2025, underscoring the scale behind its concierge medicine expansion.
