Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates has acquired Piedmont Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, a Winston-Salem-based ENT group with five locations across the Triad region of North Carolina, The Charlotte Observer reported July 1.
The acquisition expands CEENTA’s footprint beyond the Charlotte metro area, bringing its total provider count to more than 150 across more than 18 locations. Piedmont ENT adds 13 physicians, five physician assistants, six audiologists and one hearing instrument specialist.
All five Piedmont locations will remain open and transition to CEENTA’s Epic electronic health records platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
