Vancouver (Wash.) Clinic and NexCore Group, a healthcare real estate investment and development firm, broke ground May 7 on a medical outpatient building, expanding primary and specialty care capacity in the region.

The three-story, 45,327-square-foot facility is being developed next to Vancouver Clinic’s existing Camas (Wash.) location, according to a May 13 news release.

The outpatient building will offer family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB-GYN, ENT and audiology, allergy, imaging, orthopedics and sports medicine services.

Construction began earlier this year, and the facility is expected to open in 2027. Andersen Construction and ZGF Architects are partnering on the project with NexCore Group.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 18–20 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
