CHG Healthcare has released a new resource aimed at helping health system leaders improve physician retention and engagement.
According to a Jan. 15 news release, the Physician Alignment, Engagement, and Retention Roadmap includes strategies and tools to reduce physician turnover, align clinicians with organizational values and support long-term workforce stability. It addresses factors such as burnout, generational expectations and operational efficiency, while offering onboarding frameworks, leadership development strategies and cultural assessments.
Scott Polenz, principal consultant at Advisory Services by CHG Healthcare and the roadmap’s author, said the resource was created to help leaders navigate the financial and clinical impact of physician attrition.
