National diagnostic imaging company RadNet has acquired Fort Myers, Fla.-based Radiology Regional and its 13 locations in the region, Business Observer reported Jan. 7.
Radiology Regional provides outpatient diagnostic imaging services in Naples, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte and Sarasota. Financial terms for the deal were not disclosed, according to the report.
The acquisition is expected to add 400 employees and 44 contracted radiologists to RadNet’s Florida networks, which already includes five locations.
