Illinois hospital network names new board member

The Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network has added Taylorville (Ill.) Memorial Hospital’s president and CEO, Kim Bourne, to its 2023 board of directors.

The organization provides assistance and resources to 58 critical access and rural hospitals and 1.4 million patients throughout Illinois, according to a Jan. 10 news release from the network. 

Ms. Bourne is also on ICAHN’s issues committee as well as its legislative and regulatory committee. 

In 2022, Taylorville Memorial was named in the top 10 percent of critical access hospitals in the country for outpatient quality, the release said.
