Dr. Chrzan will collaborate with Castle Connolly to bring Medprevent Premier, a concierge medicine program, to South Florida. He began serving patients in the area in 2013 after completing his family medicine residency at Pontiac (Mich.) General Hospital.
Dr. Chrzan founded Medprevent in 2015 to focus on personalized primary care and preventive medicine. The new Medprevent Premier membership program will allow physicians to remain active in research and clinical trials while allowing for an increase in scheduled time with patients.
Medprevent Premier members also have access to a variety of services through this collaboration, including a personalized telehealth app, use of Castle Connolly’s SENS Solution wellness program and direct communication with Dr. Chrzan.
