Dr. Hollington, 57, who also faces one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, allegedly distributed and dispensed Schedule II,III and IV drugs, including amphetamine, buprenorphine, benzodiazepine and alprazolam, without a legitimate medical purpose.
Dr. Hollington was arrested on Oct. 28 and was released on bond pending trial. The indictment notifies him the U.S. plans to forfeit his license.
He faces 20 years in prison for each distribution count and up to five years in prison for the conspiracy count.
