Prior to joining HCA, Dr. Jaffe served as physician advisor to Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Fla., where he led utilization management. He also served as chief academic officer at Hialeah, Fla.-based Palmetto General Hospital and regional medical director for United Healthcare’s inpatient care division in the southeast U.S.
He completed his medical degree at Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also completed his residency in family medicine and served as chief resident at Palmetto General.
