According to the report, the board alleges she practices in a manner that is harmful to the public and charged her with improper management of medical records. She allegedly kept pre-signed prescription pads and had non-physician staffers write prescriptions in her absence.
The board’s review of more than 50 of Dr. Cline-Campbell’s patient charts revealed examples of incomplete and unsigned medical records, and some had been altered to hide late and missing medical information. The board voted to fine her $1,000 and place her license on probation for five years.
In 2006, Dr. Cline-Campbell was charged by the board with failing to conform to the minimal standards of medical practice and practicing in a harmful manner, according to the report. In 2009, the board ordered her to complete a competency examination and issued an emergency order suspending her practice, saying the evaluation revealed significant deficiencies.
The board terminated the probationary period and monitoring in 2016.
