3 physician practices changing hands

Here are three physician practices that have been acquired in the last two weeks, as reported by Becker’s since Aug. 1:

1. Nashville, Tenn.-based ASC management company SurgNet Health Partners acquired Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Endoscopy Center. 

2. Clinton, N.C.-based Cape Fear Valley Huff Orthopedics & Sports Medicine joined Fayetteville, N.C.-based Cape Fear Valley Health.

3. Franklin-based Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin sold its 14 groups and two ASCs to management services organization Surgery Partners.
