$231,870: The average annual salary of CEOs in the healthcare sector in the U.S. 

$111.48 The average hourly wage earned by healthcare CEOs.

$77,030: The average yearly salary for the lowest 10% of earners among healthcare CEOs.

116%: The percent more the average healthcare CEO makes in a year compared to the average annual salary of all workers in the U.S., which is $61,900.

$30.54 million: What Albert Bourla, PhD, CEO of Pfizer, earned in 2022, making him the highest-paid CEO in healthcare.
