Prior to joining Medical City, Dr. Platel served as chief medical officer at Medical City McKinney (Texas). Dr. Platel received her medical degree at Detroit-based Wayne State University, according to the Sept. 28 Medical City news release provided to Becker’s.
In her new position, Dr. Platel will oversee residency and fellowship graduate programs.
