A spokesperson from Mass General Brigham told 10 Boston that it is facing “historic and unrelenting capacity challenges” exacerbated by “a shortage of primary care providers, significant staffing issues, and ever-increasing demand.”
The length of time in which new patients will not be accepted is unclear at this time.
