5 most, least expensive cities to visit a physician

Laredo, Texas, is the least expensive city to visit a physician, according to personal finance site WalletHub.

In a report released Sept. 27, WalletHub determined the most livable places for people with disabilities. The site compared the 182 cities across three key dimensions: economy, quality of life and healthcare. Those dimensions were evaluated using 33 metrics, including housing affordability, share of people with disabilities and cost of a physician visit. 

Here are the five least expensive states to visit a physician:

1. Laredo, Texas

2. Brownsville, Texas

3 (tie). Baltimore

3 (tie). Columbia, Md.

5. Fort Smith, Ark.

Here are the five most expensive states to visit a physician:

1. Juneau, Alaska

1. Anchorage, Alaska
