AdventHealth Daytona Beach adds chief medical officer

David Sinclair, MD, has been named chief medical officer of AdventHealth Daytona Beach in Florida, according to a May 3 report from the Daytona Beach News-Journal.

Dr. Sinclair has been serving in the same role at AdventHealth’s location in Altamonte Springs since February 2020 and will begin his new position May 21. He has also served as the patient safety officer for AdventHealth’s Central Florida division since January 2022.

Dr. Sinclair joined AdventHealth from the University of Miami Health System, where he most recently served as chief patient safety and quality officer from June 2017 to January 2020, according to LinkedIn.
